Hello

“He who has health has hope; and he who has hope has everything”

– Arabian Proverb

I am passionate about helping you to enjoy your life to the full so you can feel happy and confident.  Working with me can potentially help you to overcome personal difficulties and insecurities that may be troubling you and preventing you from feeling the positive balance that you need in your day-to-day living.  I am here to listen and hear your story in a non-judgemental space where time is spent focused on you and what you want to work through.  I will work with you to overcome and free you from whatever is holding you back; often, all it takes is for you to feel heard and to learn the tools that allow you to manage and change your life for the better.  Releasing tension from your mind and body allows you to have a healthy mindset and improves your overall mental and emotional health, making way for a healthier attitude every single day!

Life can sometimes feel stressful and you might be facing or experiencing events that challenge you or that you feel you’re unable to cope with.  It’s possible that you are feeling stressed, anxious, traumatised, ‘stuck’ or as though you don’t know which way to turn.  Or, you just might need someone to talk to who can help you to ‘find your way’ and manage your life better.  When things aren’t going too well or you’re experiencing negative thoughts and feelings it can impact you in so many different ways and affect your daily life.  Feelings of uncertainty, loss, abandonment, grief, the “what if” or times of despair, trauma, fears, phobias, stress, self-loathing, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, and anxiety can be difficult to overcome.  These unhelpful patterns of behaviour and negative thinking can throw you off kilter and cause upset and mental conflict.

"Working through whatever is holding you back can open the doors to new opportunities and release the stress and anxiety that has captured you for too long".
