Reasons for seeking therapy are different for everyone and I am passionate about helping you to achieve the goals you desire in the time that is right for you.  Generally, you will need between 4-6 treatment sessions, however depending on your individual needs, self-confidence and motivation, treatment plans maybe longer.

*My background is in dance and theatre, having been involved in the performing arts industry and education all of my working life, I am very experienced in working with performers and understand the barriers that can potentially affect performing artistes and students.

How will the sessions work?

Your first session with me will be an initial consultation/assessment where we will discuss your desired outcomes and some background on the issues that you have been experiencing.  This will enable me to devise a treatment plan that is completely unique to your needs.  The suggested timespan for treatment will be discussed with you at the end of the initial consultation/assessment.  The initial consultation/assessment is completely free of charge and you are under no obligation to continue with the treatment plan if you do not wish to.  It is important that you feel comfortable with me as your therapist and that you trust in the process of hypnotherapy and/or counselling that I am able to provide.

As your therapist I will apply the techniques that I am qualified to use and I will accompany you through your personal journey of change.  You may feel like you just need to talk and have someone there to listen or you may feel that you need help with a specific situation and/or emotional or mental health issue.  Whatever it may be, I will provide you with a safe, non-judgemental environment that enables you to develop and progress at your own pace.
